Avo & Fig Toast
Ingredients
Bread of choice, to toast
Butter, to brush on bread
1 tbsp fig jam
Pinch of ground paprika
1 small avocado, thinly sliced
Salt & pepper, to taste
Kale chips
Method
Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly brush the slice(s) of bread with butter, and toast for 10 min. Flip around, and toast for another 5 minutes, till lightly browned and crisp.
Smear the fig jam and sprinkle paprika over it. Layer avocado slices, season with salt & pepper, and crush kale chips to garnish.
