Maroon-3 Smoothie Bowl
Fruits of a colour taste great together.
Ingredients
1 plum, cut into chunks and frozen overnight
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen cherries
1/3 cup frozen coconut chunks
1/3 cup lemony granola (follow this easy recipe outline and add 1 teaspoon each of lemon juice and lemon zest, or use store bought granola of choice)
2 tsp dried, desiccated coconut
Method
Blend together the frozen strawberries, cherries, plum, and coconut chunks. Transfer to a bowl and top off with the granola and desiccated coconut. Brain freeze breakfast is served!
