20-Minute Granola
Ingredients
1/3 cup plain oats (rolled or steel-cut)
Essential granola seasoning (recipe here)
Method
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Toss in the oats with the dry ingredients of the seasoning, then drizzle the coconut oil & honey over everything; mix with your fingers to fully coat the oats.
Bake for 16 - 18 minutes, till golden-brown and crisp. Let the granola cool down completely before consuming. Refrigerate for faster cooling.
