20-Minute Granola

Makes: Roughly 1/2 cup of well toasted, super chocolaty granola!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup plain oats (rolled or steel-cut)

  • Essential granola seasoning (recipe here)

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Toss in the oats with the dry ingredients of the seasoning, then drizzle the coconut oil & honey over everything; mix with your fingers to fully coat the oats.

  • Bake for 16 - 18 minutes, till golden-brown and crisp. Let the granola cool down completely before consuming. Refrigerate for faster cooling.
