Makes: 1 Ceasar-style cocktail

Ingredients

GROUP A: COCKTAIL

  • 6 oz fresh juice made with red apple + beetroot + carrot

  • 1/4 oz fresh lime juice

  • 1 1/4 tsp hot sauce

  • 2 oz mezcal

  • 1 dash fire tincture

GROUP C: GARNISH

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

  • Small lime wedge

  • Lime rind

  • Carrot slices

  • Ice cubes

Method

  • Mix the paprika, salt, and brown sugar in a small dish. Wet the rim of a highball glass with the lime wedge, and dust the mixture over it till a decent layer is on. Fill the glass with ice cubes and set it aside.

  • Add all Group A ingredients to a cocktail shaker along with 2 cubes of ice and shake for 10 seconds till the mixture has chilled a bit. Pour into the prepared glass and garnish with a carved out lime rind and some long, thin carrot slices prior to serving.
