Cran-ky Cold Bitch

* Ensure that all ingredients are ice-cold prior to mixing this cocktail.
1 oz fresh pressed cranberry juice
1 oz aquavit
1 oz brown sugar simple syrup
Prosecco, to top off
3 whole cranberries, to garnish
METHOD
Chill a champagne flute and the aquavit in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Chill the cranberry juice, prosecco, and simple syrup in the refrigerator as usual.
Take out the chilled flute and pour in the chilled aquavit, juice, and syrup and stir carefully in the flute with a long cocktail stirrer. Fill up the rest of the glass with prosecco, string the cranberries onto a cocktail pick, and place on the rim to garnish. Sip immediately!
