Green Goddess Smoothie

Makes: 1 very green and ultra-healthy 16 oz smoothie

This smoothie is highly customizable so you can add the greens and veggies in any proportions you like, depending on your choice of dominant flavour.

Ingredients

  • Handful of arugula

  • 1 small Persian cucumber

  • 2 - 3 sprigs of parsley

  • Handful of kale

  • 1 kiwi

  • 1/8” slice of ginger

  • 1/4 tsp green spirulina powder

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 tbsp honey

  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (optional)

  • Crushed ice

Method

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
