Iced Strawberry London Fog
Ingredients
1/2 tbsp strawberry purée
1 bag of Earl Grey tea
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp heavy cream
Crushed ice
Method
Steep the tea in the water and cool it in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 minutes. Add the tea and strawberry purée to a highball glass (or a kitschy glass bottle, for a more old-school appeal!) and stir well. Top off with the ice, pour in the heavy cream, and stir well again. Sip away on this creamy goodness :D
