Iced Strawberry London Fog

Makes: One 8 oz. order of creamy, berry-licious goodness

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tbsp strawberry purée

  • 1 bag of Earl Grey tea

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 1/2 tsp heavy cream

  • Crushed ice

Method

  • Steep the tea in the water and cool it in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 minutes. Add the tea and strawberry purée to a highball glass (or a kitschy glass bottle, for a more old-school appeal!) and stir well. Top off with the ice, pour in the heavy cream, and stir well again. Sip away on this creamy goodness :D
