Mango Turmeric Smoothie

Makes: 1 pint of a thick smoothie

When the weekend has been boozy, make this mango/turmeric recovery smoothie (my rhyme game is strong).

In other news, this recipe really been blowing up on Pinterest (check it out, I still can’t believe it!) so clearly, the good people have seen something worthwhile in this smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 1 overripe banana

  • 1 medium mango

  • 1 medium navel orange

  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 2 - 3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

  • Crushed ice

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Add water if you want a thinner consistency.
