Move Over, Eggnog
If creamy cocktails for the colder months and/or holiday season are your preferred jam, say goodbye to that gym-bro-meets-book-club-happy-hour swill called eggnog, and make this smooth-as-jazz melon number instead.
ingredients
2 oz yogurt soju (I used this one)
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz heavy cream
1 oz fresh Korean melon juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Ice
Lime rind twist, to garnish with
Citrus powder dusting (optional)
method
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake well for 8 - 10 seconds and pour over ice in a small OF glass. Garnish with lime twist and dust dried citrus powder on top before serving.
