Not your grandma’s iced tea ;)

INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 oz granadilla + passion fruit syrup⁠ (use this recipe)

• 2 bar spoons sweet rose syrup⁠

• 1/2 oz lime juice⁠

• 1 1/2 oz vodka⁠

• 1 1/2 oz strongly steeped and chilled Earl Grey tea⁠

• Tonic water⁠

• Cubed ice⁠

• Mint sprig, to garnish

METHOD

• Add the passion fruit syrup, rose syrup, lime juice, vodka, and tea to a mixing glass, with a few cubes of ice. Swiftly stir the contents for 5 seconds and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top off with tonic water and garnish with a sprig of mint. ⁠
