Pucker Up
Ingredients
1 tsp spicy sour cherry jam (I used this one)
1 oz gin (preferably a juniper forward one)
1/2 oz Fernet Branca
1 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp dark brown sugar
1 egg white
1 dash chocolate bitters
Lime rind, to garnish
Method
Add all ingredients except the rind, to a cocktail shaker, and vigorously shake without ice for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a lime rind twirl.
