Yuzu Ginger Spritz
Makes: 1 spritz cocktail
Yuzu, ginger, and a touch of cardamom come together to make this bittersweet, effervescent, and low-ABV cocktail that will be the spritz-song of a summer that can ideally last forever!

INGREDIENTS
4 oz unflavoured tonic water
1 oz dry vermouth
1 oz Cocci Americano
1/4 tsp Hedessent Yuzu Natural Flavour Drops
1/4 tsp Hedessent Ginger Natural Flavour Drops
3 - 4 drops cardamom bitters
Ice
Lemon peel (optional)
Sliced ginger (optional)
METHOD
Add a quarter cup of ice to a large spritz glass. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, add ice, flavour drops, bitters, and the spirits. Short shake and strain into the prepped glass. Top with tonic water.
Garnish with the lemon peel & ginger slice. Cheers!
