Blueberry Matcha Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 oatmeal tart crust (recipe here)

  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp blueberries (feel free to add more!)

  • 2 1/2 tbsp plain whipped cream (make your own with heavy cream, or use store bought)

  • 1/2 tsp matcha tea powder

  • 1 tsp powdered sugar (confectioner’s sugar) + more for dusting

Method

  • Fold the matcha powder and sugar into the whipped cream till fully incorporated. Layer the base of the tart shell with the matcha cream. Add the blueberries and dust some more sugar on top.
