Ombré Yogurt With Granola

Makes: 1 portion (serving size as shown)

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup granola (make your own, or use store bought)

  • Plum purée (see below)

  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt (preferably Greek yogurt)

  • 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup

Method

  • Add the honey (or maple syrup) to the yogurt and whip together for a smooth texture.

  • Dice the plum into chunks, and blend into a thick purée. Strain the purée to obtain a plum sauce; discard the skin and any solid bits. (Note: do not add any extra liquid while blending the plum, or the sauce will be too runny)

  • Plate the granola and yogurt. Top off with the plum sauce. (Note: add the sauce towards an edge of the yogurt portion and gently make streaks with a fork to achieve an ombré effect)
