Sunshine Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

GROUP A – SMOOTHIE

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 1/3 cup full fat coconut milk

  • 1/2 lime, juiced

  • 2 dashes angostura bitters

  • 3/4 cup diced fresh mango

  • 3/4 cup diced fresh pineapple

  • 3/4 cup diced fresh papaya

GROUP B – GARNISHES

  • Fresh raspberries

  • Fresh dragon fruit

  • Toasted coconut flakes

  • Dark chocolate granola clusters

  • Fresh flowers

  • Pineapple leaves

METHOD

Smoothie

  1. Add all liquids and ice to your blender vessel.

  2. Add the diced fresh fruit, ensuring to tamp down so that the contents don’t exceed the max fill line.

  3. Blend till the mixture is smooth.

Assembly

  1. Pour the thick smoothie into a medium bowl of choice.

  2. Lace the outer edge with toasted coconut flakes, followed by fresh raspberries and granola clusters.

  3. Scoop out little balls of fresh dragon fruit and top off the bowl.

  4. Decorate with fresh flowers and some of the pineapple leaves for a tropical flourish!
