Es tu, Beetroot?
Ingredients
GROUP A: COCKTAIL
6 oz fresh juice made with red apple + beetroot + carrot
1/4 oz fresh lime juice
1 1/4 tsp hot sauce
2 oz mezcal
1 dash fire tincture
GROUP C: GARNISH
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp brown sugar
Small lime wedge
Lime rind
Carrot slices
Ice cubes
Method
Mix the paprika, salt, and brown sugar in a small dish. Wet the rim of a highball glass with the lime wedge, and dust the mixture over it till a decent layer is on. Fill the glass with ice cubes and set it aside.
Add all Group A ingredients to a cocktail shaker along with 2 cubes of ice and shake for 10 seconds till the mixture has chilled a bit. Pour into the prepared glass and garnish with a carved out lime rind and some long, thin carrot slices prior to serving.
