Pucker Up

Makes: 1 cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp spicy sour cherry jam (I used this one)

  • 1 oz gin (preferably a juniper forward one)

  • 1/2 oz Fernet Branca

  • 1 1/2 oz fresh lime juice

  • 1/2 tsp dark brown sugar

  • 1 egg white

  • 1 dash chocolate bitters

  • Lime rind, to garnish

Method

  • Add all ingredients except the rind, to a cocktail shaker, and vigorously shake without ice for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a lime rind twirl.
