Bourbon & Pear Spritz

Makes: 1 cocktail. Size as seen.

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon

• 2 oz pear and ginger syrup

• 1 oz red grapefruit juice (fresh)

• 3/4 oz fresh lime juice

• Ice

• Club soda

Method

• Add all ingredients except the club soda to the shaker. Short shake and pour over ice into a spritzer goblet.

• Top off with club soda and garnish with a slice or two of red grapefruit.
