Pear & Lemongrass Tea Vodka Spritz

Ingredients

• 1 oz pear-ginger syrup (recipe here)

• 1 bag of lemongrass tea

• 4 drops rose essence

• 1/2 oz lemon juice

• 2 oz vodka

• Ice

• Club soda

• Dried rose petals, to garnish with

Method

• Steep the teabag in 1/2 cup of hot water for 5 minutes. Add 1 1/2 oz of this concentrated tea to a cocktail shaker.

• Add all other ingredients except the club soda to the shaker. Short shake and pour over ice into a cocktail glass.

• Top off with club soda and garnish with a dusting of dried rose petals.
