Pear Aperitivo

A Pear-All Spritz. Hehe.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Cocchi Americano

• 2 oz pear-ginger syrup (recipe here)

• 2 dashes chocolate bitters

• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice

• Ice

• Club soda

Method

• Add all ingredients except the club soda to a glass beaker and stir well.

• Fill a Collins glass halfway with ice and pour the stirred mixture over the ice.

• Top up with club soda and give the drink a quick swizzle before drinking!
