Cran-ky Cold Bitch

* Ensure that all ingredients are ice-cold prior to mixing this cocktail.

• 1 oz fresh pressed cranberry juice

• 1 oz aquavit

• 1 oz brown sugar simple syrup

• Prosecco, to top off

• 3 whole cranberries, to garnish

METHOD

• Chill a champagne flute and the aquavit in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Chill the cranberry juice, prosecco, and simple syrup in the refrigerator as usual.

• Take out the chilled flute and pour in the chilled aquavit, juice, and syrup and stir carefully in the flute with a long cocktail stirrer. Fill up the rest of the glass with prosecco, string the cranberries onto a cocktail pick, and place on the rim to garnish. Sip immediately!
